咒語名為「無垢頂髻」，藏文是 gtsug tor dri med：གཙུག་ཏོར་དྲི་མེད，這個咒語常書寫在寺院的入口處，因為它有極大的淨障力。本咒不只用於門楣下，也常被用於亡者的引路幡。此外在佛像的裝臟中，它也是必要之咒。藏傳佛教寺院中，蓮花頂咒等咒語的常見書寫位置，包括：樑、柱、外牆、內壁、門楣、瓦當、斗拱、勝幢、塔基、轉經輪等處。據說每念誦一次咒語，或從咒下經過一次，乃至看到、碰觸一次，就可得到無上的加持，淨化一千世所累積的罪業，為藏傳佛教殊勝之見、聞、觸、嚐四種解脫無上法寶之一。此咒懸掛在門楣上，可以保佑家園，而且所有經過它底下的人，都能獲得平安。過新年時，可布置於家中進出的門檻上，不僅喜氣莊嚴好看，又具有神聖淨化的殊勝功德。

Supreme King Dharani Padma Oshnish：In the Sutra of Hut Constructions, it is stated that anyone passing under this Supreme King Dharani for even once, will purify sins and defilements that one has accumulated for a thousand aeons.Whoever sees, hears, remembers, or touches this mantra will be purified of all negativities and gain freedom from rebirth in the lower realms—from the Kshitigarbha Dasacakra Sutra. Recalling this mantra just once has the power to purify even the five uninterrupted negative karmas. It prevents rebirth in Avici, the heaviest of hells.
